Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes

About the Job

St Albans Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care and rehabilitation this role you will assist residents with daily living activities monitor patient conditions and support nursing staff in delivering quality care.

This position is ideal for LNAs who are patient-focused reliable and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and record vital signs
Support mobility and transfers
Assist with hygiene feeding and personal care
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Hourly Rate: $24.33/hr
