***Updated Supervisory or higher references due at time of submission*** JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Experience: 2 years of HH exp with high volume case loads no exceptions - Certs: BLS - **FLU VACCINE (no exemptions)** - Special Requirements: RECENT OASIS EXP REQUIRED - You will be required to take an OASIS EXAM to be eligible for an interview. PRIOR to exam please review the Oasis E11 through google search. Mobility (G-Section GG Section and M18) will be covered - First time travelers accepted: NO Previous HH travel exp required. General travel not accepted JOB DETAILS: - Weekend REQ: YES every 4 weeks - Territory/County covering: LA County - Territory mileage radius 5-20 miles - Mileage reimbursed Mileage reimbursement per IRS standard - On-Call REQ: YES - Pending license: NO must be active at time of submission - Locals accepted: YES no radius rule. JOB DUTIES/ADDITIONAL UNIT INFO/CASELOAD: 5-6 pts per day. Our home health department is not a per visit model. It is an hourly pay model. This requires all traveler to start on time at 0800 as stated in their contract.
