EPIC EMR
Orientation: EMR Training and 1 Shadow shift
45 ED beds and 5 triage rooms
Level 3 trauma center
Backup/Specialty Services Surgery Neuro Cardiology OBGYN Ortho
Physician Requirements:
BC/BE EM/FM/IM with 2 years EM experience
Active OH license and DEA required or IMLC with ability to quickly obtain OH license and DEA
CAQH attestation required
No Temps Allowed 90 day privileging timeframe once app is complete and submitted to CVO
Completed app COI and all required credentials verification of all education/training/licensure/boards claims history of past 5 years all current/prior work history and affiliations verified three peer references received for file to move forward
Items Needed: State license and DEA Copies of Degree Residency certificate board certificate photo drivers license TB Flu
ABEM providers do not need to maintain any certs must show documentation of having ATLS once in the past
ABFM/ABIM must maintain ATLS
