24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis
Call Back $575-$600 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $862.50-900 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Average Total Callback Hours: 8.9

- 24 hour call (8 gratis hours) - 7a-7a
- Setting: Call Inpatient Trauma Level I
- FTE: 1.0
- Job Duties: Level 1 Trauma facility with primary call requirements - 24/7/365. Must have proficiency in general neurosurgery trauma & spine.
- Required Procedures: Must have level 1 trauma center experience in the last year placing an EVD placing bolts for intracranial pressure monitoring CLEM Performing craniectomy and craniotomy spine intensive care unit - refusing to join Pas to round on patients IC management of severely TBI patients & Brain Tumors.
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: none
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancies and providers requiring breaks.
EMR Required Training:
- Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into applicant in training to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account.
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
- First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.
