Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in product ownership within marketing technology or marketing automation roles
- Experience supporting both B2C and B2B2C marketing models
- Strong understanding of customer journeys lifecycle marketing lead management/scoring and segmentation/personalization strategies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Oracle Eloqua
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Skilled at translating business requirements into technical user stories
- Remote work arrangement with occasional travel to St. Louis required
- Must be able to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship
