- Oversee procurement and inventory management of mobile devices including ordering device refreshes and maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support handling technical questions billing inquiries and troubleshooting device issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve mobile device management processes and documentation.
- Possess advanced knowledge of mobile device procurement lifecycle management and inventory control for government or enterprise environments.
- Manage relationships with mobile service providers analyze billing and negotiate solutions to discrepancies.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency with iOS and experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Provide user support training and guidance on device functionality and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate projects related to device refreshes or policy implementations identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of project coordination or IT project experience; CAPM or similar certifications a plus.
