Star Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Orthopedics to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting focused exclusively on orthopedic care.

This position provides one-on-one patient sessions with a focus on individualized treatment plans and functional recovery. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients regain mobility strength and independence.

Position Details

100% Orthopedic caseload
One-on-one 45-minute patient appointments
Outpatient rehabilitation environment

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop and implement individualized orthopedic treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire
Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Strong manual therapy skills
Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
Commitment to patient-centered evidence-based care
