Star Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Orthopedics to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting focused exclusively on orthopedic care.
This position provides one-on-one patient sessions with a focus on individualized treatment plans and functional recovery. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients regain mobility strength and independence.
Position Details
- 100% Orthopedic caseload
- One-on-one 45-minute patient appointments
- Outpatient rehabilitation environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized orthopedic treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
