Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for managing the full scope of projects to ensure financial success and confirm all deadlines are met
-Participate in pre-bid meetings bid strategy and presentation meetings as requested
-Acting point of contact for owners internal staff subcontractors architects & engineers
-Seamless communication and collaboration with other project managers
-Work in partnership with Superintendents and other onsite team members
-Onsite collaboration to ensure project safety at all times
-Other duties as needed and assigned

Requirements:

- JOC Experience Preferred
- Possess 5-10 years of construction project management experience
- Strong skills in Customer Service Communication Time Management Problem Solving and Negotiation
