Job Summary

Overview

Fute is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with five or more years of experience in land development. This position involves designing civil site development projects from initial planning and permitting through construction. The role requires strong technical knowledge project management skills and the ability to work directly with clients municipalities and internal design teams.

Responsibilities

Design civil site design including grading drainage stormwater management utilities and roadway design
Coordinate with clients architects surveyors contractors and local jurisdictions
Lead permitting and regulatory approval processes
Conduct site visits and assist with construction-phase issue resolution

Requirments

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
Approximately five or more years of experience in land development or civil site design
Professional Engineer license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong understanding of grading stormwater utilities and permitting processes
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication organization and leadership skills
