Job Description:

Responsibilities

Maintain and own architectural integrity stakeholder alignment and Edge strategy.

Lead the transition of legacy C Linux applications into a unified containerized and modularized application suitable for both Cloud and local networks.

Architect the Edge-to-Online switch logic and high-availability patterns to ensure zero downtime.

Build and optimize microservices to ensure sub-millisecond response times for high-volume transactions.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for product owners translating business rules into technical requirements.

Design the failover and Online-to-Edge switching logic to ensure 24/7 high availability for large-scale operations.

Provide technical governance and code review leadership for the offshore development team ensuring alignment with modern RESTful standards.

Define the strategy for distributed tracing and metrics to ensure high visibility across the containerized platform.

Required Skills

10 years in C (Linux) with a transition into Cloud-Native Architecture.

Expertise in Docker/Kubernetes and Blue-Green deployment strategies.

Expert-level understanding of Linux system calls shell scripts memory management environment variables and performance tuning.

Strong experience in API Gateway design and RESTful contract definition.
