MW Partners is currently seeking a Work Location Strategist to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
Work Location Strategy Development & Planning
- Partner with me to support development of work location strategies aligned to business growth workforce planning and organizational priorities.
- Analyze portfolio utilization trends and business requirements to inform recommendations.
- Support development of business cases financial analyses and ROI projections for location decisions.
- Identify risks dependencies and trade-offs associated with location strategy decisions.
Strategy Execution & Project Management
- Lead day-to-day execution of approved work location strategy initiatives (strategic location recommendations and POVs)
- Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
- Track milestones and cross-functional deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for governance reviews and decision forums.
Change & Implementation Support
- Ensure stakeholders are informed prepared and aligned throughout execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required typically in:
- Business Administration
- Organizational Strategy
- Real Estate / Facilities / Workplace Management
- Economics Finance or a related field
- Experience in workplace strategy location strategy or other strategic role in real estate.
- Experience supporting portfolio planning location strategy or workplace transformation initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with governance processes and executive-level reporting a plus.
Core Capabilities
- Strong project and program management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate mass quantities of data into a strategic recommendation.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting data and supporting business cases.
- Clear professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Collaboration & Influence
- Ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders and functional teams.
