Work Location Strategist

MW Partners is currently seeking a Work Location Strategist to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

Work Location Strategy Development & Planning

• Partner with me to support development of work location strategies aligned to business growth workforce planning and organizational priorities.
• Analyze portfolio utilization trends and business requirements to inform recommendations.
• Support development of business cases financial analyses and ROI projections for location decisions.
• Identify risks dependencies and trade-offs associated with location strategy decisions.

Strategy Execution & Project Management

• Lead day-to-day execution of approved work location strategy initiatives (strategic location recommendations and POVs)
• Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones and cross-functional deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for governance reviews and decision forums.

Change & Implementation Support

• Ensure stakeholders are informed prepared and aligned throughout execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required typically in:
  • Business Administration
  • Organizational Strategy
  • Real Estate / Facilities / Workplace Management
  • Economics Finance or a related field
• Experience in workplace strategy location strategy or other strategic role in real estate.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning location strategy or workplace transformation initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with governance processes and executive-level reporting a plus.
