Job Summary

Location-Charlotte NC

This contingent Business Execution Consultant will operate as a senior execution partner to Market Risk and Capital Markets leadership acting as a right hand to senior leaders and Product Owners to orchestrate delivery across multiple interdependent product areas.
The role requires strong judgment executive presence and the ability to translate complex Capital Markets initiatives into structured trackable and well governed execution plans while communicating clearly with senior leaders Product Owners Technology and Risk stakeholders.
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.

Key Responsibilities

8 years of experience in Business Execution Program Delivery Product Execution or Consulting style roles in large regulated financial institutions.
Act as a business consultant and execution partner to senior leaders supporting prioritization sequencing and delivery of medium to large initiatives.
Partner with multiple Product Owners to coordinate roadmaps delivery milestones dependencies and capacity across 5 7 concurrent product areas.
Own initiative level execution tracking including delivery health risks issues and dependencies using JIRA and related tooling.
Demonstrated experience orchestrating delivery across multiple product teams (not single team Scrum roles).
Strong hands on experience with JIRA for backlog management dependency tracking and delivery reporting at scale.
Proven ability to produce executive level reporting for senior leadership audiences.
