Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Sr. Software Engineer (SNow)

4 days onsite Mon-Thur ROCKLIN CA

2 years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
2 years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT IT4IT beneficial
Experience with Web Services APIs Database-level integrations/ETL
Experience with Web Technologies (XML HTML JavaScript Web Services etc.) and working a SaaS environment
Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL and other technologies
Degree or equivalent preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles

ServiceNow Development

Familiar with CMDB

Strong in IMDB

ITOM nice to have

Not just off the shelf knowledge need manipulation thought leadership etc. actual applied knowledge need to modify configurations set table structures within SNOW
