Job Summary
Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is hiring an experienced AEM Solutions Engineer Lead to lead development and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for a large-scale digital platform. The role involves hands-on development technical leadership and ensuring high performance and scalability of AEM applications.
Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Duration:12 Months
Schedule: MondayFriday 35 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain AEM components templates workflows and integrations
- Lead AEM development activities and guide technical direction
- Manage and support CI/CD pipelines deployments and testing
- Troubleshoot performance caching and dispatcher-related issues
- Work with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and support team development
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM DAM APIs analytics tools)
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in AEM development
- Strong experience with AEM Sites Assets Sling and workflows
- Expertise in Java OSGi HTL (Sightly) HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Dispatcher configuration caching and performance tuning
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Maven Jenkins etc.)
- Experience deploying AEM in cloud and on-prem environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with CDN tools like Akamai
- Familiarity with search tools like Solr or Coveo
- Experience with translation tools
