Full Stack Lead Engineer & Architect

Location: Remote (Travel to Detroit MI 3 5 Days per Month Required)

Duration: 6 months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer & Architect to design build and lead a cross-functional team managing an enterprise-level software build.

The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in data engineering modern analytics and full stack development. This individual will lead the development of a React Native mobile application backend integrations and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

This role is 70% technology leadership and architecture 30% hands-on development (as required).

Required Experience

7 years of professional software engineering experience
5 years in a technical leadership or architecture role
Strong hands-on experience with:
- React Native (Expo preferred)
- .NET backend development
- API design and enterprise integrations
- Data engineering and analytics environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Ability to travel to Detroit 3 5 days per month
