Job Description:
Job Title : Project Manager
Job Type : C2C/W2
Experience : 10 15 years
Location : San Jose California (On-site)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple cross-functional teams
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive stakeholder alignment and executive-level reporting on project status
- Manage budget planning forecasting and resource allocation
- Identify and resolve project-level risks dependencies and bottlenecks
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering Product Operations and Business teams
- Ensure on-time on-budget high-quality project delivery
- Implement governance frameworks and standardized PMO processes
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Facilitate project reviews retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
