Job Summary

Research Analyst / Policy Analyst

Our direct client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support strategic initiatives and organizational decision-making this role you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder insights analyze information and develop clear documentation that supports business and operational improvements.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy research problem-solving stakeholder collaboration and translating complex information into meaningful and actionable outcomes.

Work Location: Indianapolis IN (Onsite)
Duration: Project-based opportunity
Schedule: Full-time hours (8 AM to 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including leadership teams and subject matter experts
Analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources and prepare clear summaries reports and recommendations
Develop business cases and documentation to support decision-making processes
Translate technical or policy-related information into clear and accessible written communication
Support project planning coordination and implementation activities
Assist with research data collection and analysis across various initiatives
