Resumen del Puesto:Buscamos un/a Analista de Laboratorio con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Investigación y Desarrollo enfocándose en la categoría de gomas y caramelos. El/la candidato/a ideal será responsable de realizar análisis de laboratorio diarios brindar soporte en la gestión documental y colaborar activamente en proyectos de ID. Este rol requiere una sólida base en química conocimientos estadísticos y dominio del inglés.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Trabajo en Laboratorio de Análisis:Ejecutar análisis físico-químicos y sensoriales rutinarios en muestras de productos y materias primas asegurando la precisión y fiabilidad de los resultados.
  • Soporte a Manejo Documental:Colaborar en la organización y mantenimiento de la documentación del laboratorio incluyendo registros de pruebas procedimientos operativos estándar (POEs) y reportes técnicos.
  • Soporte a Proyectos de ID:Participar en el desarrollo y la optimización de nuevas formulaciones y procesos para productos de gomas y caramelos realizando pruebas experimentales y recopilando datos relevantes.
  • Análisis de Datos:Asistir en la interpretación de datos de laboratorio utilizando principios básicos de estadística para reportar hallazgos y apoyar la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en Estudios Químicos:Formación académica en Química Ingeniería Química Farmacia o campo relacionado con experiencia práctica en un laboratorio de análisis (control de calidad ID).
  • Principios Básicos de Estadística:Capacidad para aplicar conceptos estadísticos fundamentales en el análisis y la interpretación de datos experimentales.
  • Manejo de Paquetería Office:Dominio de herramientas como Excel Word y PowerPoint para la gestión de datos elaboración de informes y presentaciones.
  • Inglés Avanzado:Habilidad para comunicarse de manera fluida (hablado y escrito) en inglés ya que el puesto puede requerir la lectura de literatura técnica y la colaboración con equipos internacionales.
