Job Summary

Job Title: Network Security Engineer Firewalls BGP HA Fortinet NSE 10 years of exp

Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Extensive administration and engineering experience with enterprise-grade firewall platforms.
Hands-on experience implementing advanced security solutions including Threat Prevention URL Filtering and SSL Decryption.
Experience managing centralized firewall management systems.
Strong knowledge of Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS).
Experience configuring static and dynamic routing including establishing encrypted VPN tunnels between remote locations.
Proven experience designing developing and deploying BGP routing solutions.
Experience implementing high-availability network architectures and redundancy configurations.
Strong written communication skills including developing network diagrams documenting system changes and preparing detailed implementation plans and orders of operation.
Experience implementing and integrating network solutions within Cisco-based LAN/WAN environments.
Hands-on experience configuring and installing network devices and services including routers switches firewalls and VPN solutions.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including LAN WAN TCP/IP switching technologies and routing protocols.
Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior staff.
Fortinet NSE Certification preferred/required.
