Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the Enterprise Contact Center team. This role involves designing developing and implementing customized Salesforce solutions aligned with CRM needs ensuring security compliance and integration across systems. The developer will take ownership of release cycles provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Key skills include strong expertise in Service Cloud Experience Cloud Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components Aura Components and no-code tools like Flows and Process Builder. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs integrations authentication protocols (OAuth) Batch/Schedule Apex and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) is highly valued. Candidates should also have solid knowledge of HTML5 JavaScript jQuery and proven ability to deliver secure scalable solutions while mentoring teams and driving technical standards.

Required Skills:

Salesforce experience: Experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
At least 6 years of strong developing experience in salesforce
At least 4 years of experience with Visualforce LWC Aura Apex HTML5 and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform
At least 5 years of experience with Service Cloud
At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC
At least 5 years of Salesforce development.
At least 2 years of API Integration experience and Single Sign-on.
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or other requirement tracking Tools
Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator
Nice to have Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Other experience that would be beneficial but not strictly required
Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
Experience with governmental processes and procedures relating to compliance and prior work with FEDRAMP-compliant tools.
