Certification & compliance support Knowledge of federal and state certification expectations and skill in aligning requirements and testing artifacts to compliance needs. Change risk and issue management Proficiency in tracking and managing requirement changes defects risks and issues while clearly communicating downstream impacts. Planning estimation & process improvement Ability to support project planning and estimation while identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.
