Job Overview Tekberry is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery teams within the Wholesale Marketplace Release Train at a leading automotive technology organization in Atlanta GA.
This role will support the Chronos and Velocity teams within the Marketplace organization contributing to initiatives related to and dealer-to-dealer vehicle resale platforms.
This is a hands-on Scrum Master position - not a transformation-level Agile Coach role. The ideal candidate can step in quickly operate independently and drive accountability execution and continuous improvement across multiple Scrum teams.

Supports 2 Scrum teams initially (potential to grow to 3)

Key Responsibilities Scrum Facilitation & Execution

Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives backlog refinement release planning)

Support Program Increment (PI) planning activities
-
Drive sprint commitment accountability and execution alignment
-
Ensure team boards reflect accurate real-time delivery status
-
Remove impediments and escalate blockers when appropriate
Accountability & Delivery Transparency
-
Hold teams accountable to sprint goals and working agreements
-
Monitor planning completion and velocity metrics
-
Drive improvements in predictability and delivery consistency
-
Ensure backlog health and readiness for upcoming sprints
-
Improve transparency through structured reporting
Continuous Improvement
-
Lead retrospectives focused on measurable improvement
-
Foster ownership and team self-reliance
-
Encourage Lean mindset and structured problem solving
-
Help teams adapt ceremonies when needed while maintaining delivery rigor
Cross-Team Collaboration

Support cross-team synchronization within the release train
-
Build strong relationships with Product Engineering and leadership
-
Align priorities in dynamic and fast-moving environments
Required Qualifications -
4 5 years of Scrum Master experience (senior-level scope)

Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
-
Strong servant leadership and coaching mindset
-
Proven ability to drive planning and execution discipline
-
Experience with Program Increment (PI) planning
-
Comfortable operating independently with minimal ramp-up
-
Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
-
Ability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
Technical Environment -
Rally (preferred; reduces ramp-up time)

Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint required)

Experience within technology-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications -
Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe or similar)

Experience within enterprise Agile environments
-
Automotive industry experience (plus not required)

Background as Agile Coach transitioning back to hands-on Scrum support (acceptable if recent)
