Were partnering with a large healthcare system to hire a Director of Benefits to lead the design implementation and management of enterprise-wide benefits programs.
This is a senior-level role focused on strategy compliance and leadership across a complex organization.
What youll own
- Design and lead benefits strategy (health welfare retirement)
- Oversee implementation administration and compliance
- Manage vendors brokers and external partners
- Lead and develop a benefits team
- Partner across HR and leadership on total rewards strategy
Qualifications :
- 10 years leading benefits programs
- Experience in healthcare or complex organizations
- Strong background in plan design compliance and implementation
- Expertise across 401(k) 403(b) pension and health plans
- Knowledge of ERISA HIPAA COBRA FMLA and related regulations
