Job Summary

Title Senior Salesforce Developer Agentforce & Service Cloud

Location Alpharetta GA - 3 to 5 days in the office

Rate $70/hr

JD:

Senior Salesforce Developer Agentforce & Service Cloud (8 10 Years)

Must have:

8 10 years of hands on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
Hands on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and Salesforce configuration.
Experience configuring Omni Channel and supporting multi channel service workflows.
Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs.
Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Good to Have:
Implement and enhance Chat channel integrations (good to have) including virtual or assisted agent interactions.
Experience with Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
Exposure to Service Assist AI conversational AI or agent assist solutions.
Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant Platform Developer or Agentforce related certifications).
Experience working in global delivery models.
