Job Summary

Accenture is looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Migration Architect to join our cloud transformation this high-impact role you will be embedded within a critical Amazon-specific project leading the charge in migrating complex datacenter environments to AWS Outposts and cloud-native architectures.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the command center during a flash cutover as they are at a virtual whiteboard designing target-state architecture.

The Impact You Will Make

Strategic Design: Develop comprehensive target-state architectures that leverage AWS best practices while maintaining operational continuity.
Hybrid Cloud Leadership: Lead the planning and deployment of AWS Outposts and associated infrastructure to bridge the gap between on-premise and cloud.
Technical Migration: Execute complex Data and Storage migrations ensuring data integrity and high availability.
Network & Security Governance: Design secure VPC environments and manage migration validation to ensure all security protocols are met before the Go signal.
Precision Cutovers: Lead high-stakes traffic cutovers using Canary and Flash-cut methodologies to minimize business impact.
DevOps Integration: Implement and utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate migration workflows and infrastructure provisioning.

What We Are Looking For

AWS Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem specifically focused on infrastructure migration and AWS Outposts.
Migration Mastery: Proven track record of moving large-scale workloads from physical datacenters to the cloud.
Network Savvy: Strong understanding of network architecture security validation and traffic routing.
Automation Mindset: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab or AWS CodeSuite).
Consulting Fluency: Ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Travel & Flexibility

While the daily workflow is 100% remote this role requires a client-first mindset. Candidates must be available to travel to client sites for critical project milestones planning workshops or high-priority cutover windows as requested by the client.
