Location: Richmond VA (23219) - Locals preferred
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Resource for a remote position with the possibility of onsite work in Richmond VA for the first two weeks. The ideal candidate will support Oracle HCM SAAS system administration and development ensuring smooth transitions during the Redwood conversion and ongoing maintenance of HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using RFT OTBI and BI tools.
Create and maintain contextualized journeys to enhance transactional processes.
Provide technical expertise for talent management activities including performance evaluations and succession planning.
Assist in the conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for various HCM modules.
Support HDL and interface activities critical for workforce structure management.

Required Technical Skills:

3 years of experience in creating/editing reports via RTF BI and OTBI in Oracle HCM.
3 years of experience in the setup and configuration of HCM modules (Core Talent Compensation Recruiting etc.).
3 years of experience in creating and maintaining journeys (contextualized and guided).
3 years of troubleshooting end-user issues and transactional workflows.
Experience with HDL loads is required.
