Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time RNQuality Assurance Nurse positionin the Beaumontarea.
Job Description:
A Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for assuring quality control of all health services provided by the Agency and for reviewing documentation for appropriateness of care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas
- 5 years required in Quality Assurance
- Experience in reviewing nurses notes for completeness compliance with physicians orders authorized services regulations required
- Experience in reviewing admission packets required
- Experience required in reviewing all POC and recertification for:accuracy order updates frequency updates goal updates medication profiles review format and wording diagnoses update C.N.A. care plan
- Conducts one-on-one in-services for documentation problems as needed
- Experience with hospice home health or any experience in the healthcare field required
- Ability to travel
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
