Job Summary

Role: TEMP Infra Design Analyst

Location: Arlington TX (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Day to Day job Duties:

Provide advanced technical support tend users for hardware software and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with desktops laptops mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
User Account Management
Manage user accounts groups and permissions in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and related systems.
Support identity and access management across Cloud-based technologies.
Application Deployment and Management
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
Hardware and Software Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance updates and health checks on end-user hardware and software.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs replacements and warranty services.
Documentation and Training
Develop and maintain technical documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.
Provide training and user support improve technology adoption and efficiency.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely support tall end users.
Communicate effectively understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in end-user computing or IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Minimum of 3 years of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.
Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and network troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention detail and documentation accuracy.

Degree: Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience.
