Job Summary

Position Overview

This role is pivotal in analyzing complex business data identifying trends and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills technical expertise in data tools and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and databases
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and metric definitions
Partner with IT/engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility
Collect process and analyze large datasets to identify trends
Develop dashboards reports and visualizations
Perform ad hoc analyses for business challenges
Serve as liaison with vendors to resolve platform/system issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track KPIs
Ensure timely NCCI reporting
Provide recommendations for process optimization and revenue impact
Analyze the outcomes of strategic initiatives
Collaborate with teams across marketing finance and operations
Present findings to both technical and non technical audiences
Additional duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Data Science Computer Science Statistics Economics or a related field
2 5 years as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or similar role
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent analytical communication and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NCCI reporting
Insurance industry experience (Workers Compensation is a plus)
Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
