About The Role:
Supports daytoday application operations by handling simple L2 requests and minor changes. Learns established patterns tools and processes while contributing reliably under supervision.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor basic application indicators such as errors job status and availability dashboards.
- Support L2 service requests and simple incidents following runbooks.
- Resolve straightforward issues related to WebForms UI basic logic and data corrections.
- Perform simple code edits bug fixes and configuration updates with review.
- Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Assist with deployments and postrelease checks.
- Perform basic functional testing using predefined test cases.
- Update support documentation and ticket notes accurately.
- Support UAT activities by executing test cases and logging defects.
- Monitor logs and error queues escalating anomalies promptly.
- Gradually contribute to small enhancements as skills grow.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years experience
- Bachelors degree in progress or completed (or equivalent)
- Executes clearly defined lowrisk tasks
- Foundational
- Basic WebForms
- Basic MS SQL Server
- Introductory JavaScript
- Academic or internship experience
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Accurate execution of simple requests
- Compliance with runbooks
- Steady skill progression
