We are looking for a proactive relationship-driven Renewals Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of Oktopost customers focusing on securing long-term retention through value-based partnerships. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on nurturing client success and acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention through product expertise and commercial negotiation.

What Youll Do

    • Responsible for post-sale success by facilitating routine customer meetings and offering support throughout the partnership.
    • Cultivate strong long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
    • Lead the renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.
    • Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.

What Were Looking For

    • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development Customer Success Account Management or related customer-facing role.
    • Exceptional presentation verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Experience working in a SaaS environment is beneficial.
    • Knowledge of the digital marketing and social media world is advantageous.
