Make a Difference
As a Network Policy and Regulatory Coordinator you will leverage state-of-the-art technology to implement and manage our network-wide policy management system working closely with leadership and stakeholders to guide policy processes. You will also support ongoing regulatory readiness by standardizing tools and compiling data ensuring best practices for policy organization and compliance with regulations. Partners with Risk Compliance Operations and other relevant stakeholders to ensure policies are current and relevant. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance the end-user experience across the network.
Exceptional Skills andQualifications
Associate degree required; bachelors degree in health or technology preferred in lieu of the education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered
At least 3 years experience in health or technology preferably with policy regulatory or accreditation work
Ability to innovate using evolving technologies for policy and regulatory platform improvements
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote meeting tools
Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Effective collaboration and relationship-building across all organizational levels
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize independently
Creative and critical thinking skills
Ability to apply or learn best practices processes and regulations relevant to the role
