Summary:

Support data and telemetry system architecture testing and operations
Prepare and maintain network/data systems for flight tests
Determine data flow and recommend system improvements
Develop and maintain software tools and test procedures
Collaborate with engineering teams and telemetry/network specialists
Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (switches routers firewalls WiFi cloud etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues; support live flight operations as escalation point
Administer servers virtualization (VMware) and core services (AD DNS DHCP)
Maintain network documentation diagrams and change control processes
Deploy configure and support networking and RF/VOIP systems
Support mission operations onsite and at remote test locations

Requirements:

Level II: B.S. 2 5 years experience
Senior: B.S. 5 10 years experience
Staff: B.S. 10 20 years experience
Experience in network/data/telemetry engineering in test or operational environments
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP UDP Ethernet networking and troubleshooting
Experience with Cisco Juniper Palo Alto Aruba (GUI & CLI)
Experience with routing protocols (BGP OSPF) and networking technologies (STP IPsec NAT AAA 802.1X)
Experience with Aruba ClearPass and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds Orion)
Server administration experience (Windows/Linux Active Directory DHCP DNS)
Virtualization experience (VMware)
Experience with packet capture/analysis (Wireshark SPAN)
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with IEEE 802.3 and IRIG-106 telemetry standards
Mission Control Center or flight operations experience
Scripting (Bash Python)
VOIP administration (Cisco Call Manager)
Communication systems (Clear-Com) and RF analysis
Active security clearance
