SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced HR Contract Recruiter with at least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract assess and hire top talent across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized data-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while leveraging modern recruiting tools including AI-enabled technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements success profiles and sourcing strategies
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards networking referral channels and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Utilize AI tools to enhance job descriptions sourcing strategies candidate outreach and screening efficiency
- Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess skills experience and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health diversity metrics etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills and experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience working with an ATS (JobScore preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS technology or high-growth environments preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-state hiring
- Data-driven mindset with comfort reporting on recruiting metrics
- Experience working in a PE-backed or fast-scaling organization
- Knowledge of employment compliance requirements
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
