Job Description:
JR. HR Transformation Project Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Transformation Project Analyst to provide project management and coordination support for a global HR transformation program. This role will work closely with the Program Director HR workstream leads IT and external partners to ensure successful execution of program activities including planning milestone tracking status reporting meeting planning and program documentation management.
The ideal candidate will have an experience in project management with exposure to large scale technology implementations in global complex organizations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the global HR transformation program.
Build out and maintain framework and facilitate workstream management of project plans trackers timelines and risk/issue logs. Continuously evaluate and improve tool structure workflows and reporting to ensure they support decision-making and reduce duplication.
Develop and automate dashboards reports and trackers in for program leadership and stakeholders.
Support creation of project governance materials (weekly status reports steering committee decks).
Coordinate project deliverables such as process maps and ensure alignment with overall program milestones.
Partner with HR process leads IT teams and system integrators to support status report updates risks and decisions are entered and managed.
Assist with data migration cutover planning and deployment readiness tracking.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of business analyst and/or project management experience.
Prior involvement in HR system implementations preferred.
Experience supporting global programs with multiple stakeholders across regions
Experience with project management tools building program dashboards reports automated workflows.
