You will be part of the Global Business team that owns demand supply and deployment planning processes and transformation including the implementation of o9 as new global system. You will own process template of the Global Mondelez planning of Short-Term Deployment (STD) and Truck Load Build (TLB) and you will be global data steward for supply planning data. You will drive and support global implementation of o9 STD and TLB capabilities.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Own Mondelez Global planning process template and o9 design of Short-Term Deployment (STD) and Truck Load Build (TLB). Governance of the global design partnering with regions in their governance forums toapprove reject retrofit enhancements and changes of the template.

• Collaborate with guide and support a diverse cross-functional global team of Mondelez and third-party team members in various time zones.

• Functionalconsultancyono9 buildactivitieswithtechnicalteams.

• Be Global Steward of supply planning data within Data governance model. Set and maintain data object and KPIs definitions drive standardizationdocumentation and standards for governance of the data data transformations and interfaces between systems including ERP Data lakes and Planning systems (o9 and APO).

• Support development of content & curriculum for all training materials supporting o9 implementation and operational planning post-implementation. Take responsibility about the quality and completeness of training materials. Provide trainings to regional business planning teams.

• As part of 09 global deployment co-create cutover plans with regional coordinators and central Test team. Validate and sign off test script to ensure user stories coverage support regional team cascading test scripts to Key users and support defect resolution.

• Support Change team in development of change readiness assessment checklist to ensure coverage of allprocess areas success criteria framework and BCP design.

• Manage functional KPI refinement standardization and alignment of reporting. Build and deploy o9 and GCP reporting strategy.

• Own STD/ TLB continuous improvement roadmap including o9 and other system and integration developments and maintenance.

• Act ethically and be a model for compliant behaviour.

What you will bring

• Comprehensive supply deployment and transportation planning and supply chain knowledge and experience andstrong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment. Financial and/ or logistics experiencewould be an advantage.

• Expertise in design and implementation of new systems processes and ways of working taking the full advantage of data and technology.

• Able to drive continuous improvement in ways of working operational management data governance process automation based on agility focus on deliverables process simplification and modern innovative technologies including ML and AI.

• Experience in country Demand fulfilment Production and Distribution requirement planning and deep understanding of IBP and SOE processes.

• Able to influence cross-functional teams working on the key priorities and improving theplan.

• Able to build and sustain motivated and effective cross-functional remote teams.

• Knowledgeable about leading systems and practices in operational planning and end-to-end supply chainconcepts.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and verbal and writtencommunication skills

More about this role

Job specific requirements: High level of expertise and experience in solutioning of supply and deployment planning STD TLB Country fulfillment and OTC would one of the key criteria for a successful candidate

Travel requirements: up to 30%.

Work schedule: Global role and global implementation of o9 would require high flexibility of working hours.
