You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke heartfailureand atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

  • Implement and executetheElectrophysiologycommercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel and activities to maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.

  • Drivetop lineregionalsales results in line with business plan including defining and managing the monthly and annualsales objectivesforallthe sales and clinical personnel.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for theregion of the US. Provideaccuratesalesforecasts anddevelopsandexecutetactical sales plans including quotas and accountobjectives.Partner with Area Director to developappropriate commercialstrategies to maximize business outcomes.

  • Manage theRegional budget.

  • Coachand manage(directly) the performance of theregional pods including Territory Managers Clinical Account Specialists and Ultrasound Specialist.

  • Implementcompanys commercial field training and product and services marketing strategies and tactics through the organization under their responsibility.

  • Recruit develop andretaintalent in the region (e.g.selection performance management succession planning development planning retention planning etc.).

  • Assess clinical technical and commercial skills of the regional team. Responsible for developing strong customer relationships within the region with key clinical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Executeorganizational development and change. Participateas an active member of the US Sales & Field Services leadership team to ensure effective execution of global and national strategies at a regional level.

  • Createpositive change and create an environment of team engagement and motivation. Understand adhereto and hold team accountable for adherence to Company programspoliciesand procedures (e.g.pricing models expense reporting compensation healthcare compliance etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of abachelorsdegree

  • 5 years of professional work experience andaMinimum of 3 years in the Medical Device Industry

  • Minimum of 3 yearsof Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industryor 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the Cardiovascular Industry

  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology

  • Experience as a field trainer or project leadershipis preferred

  • Abilityto travel up to50% is.

  • Have avalid drivers license issued in theUnited States

  • Preference tolivewithin the territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
