We are looking for anElectrician &Instrumentation Technicianto provide construction installation relocation repair and preventive maintenance on machinery equipment and facilities for the optimum operating efficiency of the Wilmington Plant.

Reporting to theSupervisorand working in a collaborative community within a challenging and exciting environment you will be:

• Performing basic troubleshooting in electrical control distribution and motor protection
• Installing and commission switchgear control devices transformers electrical feeders motors and process instrumentation
• Using test equipment to diagnose high medium and low voltage electrical circuits
• Installing programmable logic controllers (PLC) distributed control systems (DCS) human machine interface (HMI) devices
• Repairing and calibrate pneumatic mechanical electrical and electronic instruments

What youll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Qualified Electrician & Instrumentation Technician with 6 years of experience in a first-class role.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical and electronic theory Ohms Law and Kirchhoffs Law.
• Proficient in power factor voltage drop and National Electric Code application.
• Familiarity with instrument operation in a loop and Variable Frequency Drives.
• Skilled in test and calibration equipment personal computers and medium to high voltage circuits.
• Ability to interpret and apply schematic drawings wiring diagrams and process flow drawings.
• Experience with GE Limit Amp Starters GE/Siemens vacuum circuit breakers and ABB Gas circuit breakers.
