Be part of the DLJBS team and report directly to the Team Lead. Provide the Hong Kong CMG with research documentation and data support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and download land due diligence documents: approved building plans land and company registration records Town Planning records government lease details RVD property data and property photographs.

• Draft property particulars ownership and tenancy schedules adjacent property comparables and recent transaction tables.

• Translate proposal content into English Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

• Maintain market databases: HKEX filings annual reports competitor listings key client maps.

• Conduct market transaction research across luxury residential student accommodation hotels retail prime office and industrial sectors.

• Organize all deliverables in shared folders with clear naming and version control.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in economics or a related field; background in valuation or finance preferred

• Strong MS Office skills and excellent data handling capabilities

• Excellent English reading and writing skills

• Detail-oriented reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently

• Proactive can-do attitude and strong numerical sensitivity

• Familiarity with Hong Kong property and land systems is a plus
