Job Summary
Maintenance Technician
As theMaintenance Technicianyou will support the daily operations of the hotels maintenance department ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. Youll lead a team of engineers manage preventative maintenance schedules and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe comfortable and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the key to our hotels efficient operations managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff coordinating repairs and upgrades and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- You will report to the Chief Engineer.
- Starting as an engineering assistant can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry such as chief engineer facilities manager or even a regional engineering director.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma a GED or one year of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and experience

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
