The Broker Experience Associate will play a key role in supporting customers A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in loan sales and thrive in a growing fast-paced environment. They will be driven passionate and flourish in a customer service role that is exciting and dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls as our broker partners call in for assistance with home equity loans
- Assist broker partners to complete new registrations and confirm understanding on steps taken to complete the registration process
- Assist with the Spring EQ broker portal administration such as creating new accounts resetting passwords etc
- Field questions regarding the broker portal loan status and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service on a high volume of broker phone calls and communications
- Familiarize yourself with our products policies and processes to provide the best service to our existing and prospective customers
- Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner to support our sales and operations teams
Qualifications
- Associates Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of mortgage or home lending experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong technical skills
- High degree of patience
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
- Enthusiastically contribution to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor

Schedule
- 11:30am - 8:00pm PCT
