Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Southport who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their Architecture team.

This role sits within the commercial and residential team and requires a proven track record within these sectors. You will work across all RIBA stages with a strong focus on detailed technical delivery coordinated construction packages and site support.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Lead projects and manage client relationships
Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction information
Coordinate consultant information and manage drawing packages
Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Attend site and produce reports/records
Ensure compliance with planning processes and Building Regulations

Key Requirements for this Architect role:
Proven commercial & residential architecture experience across relevant sectors
Strong technical delivery and project-running capability
Confident client-facing and communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software
Knowledge of Revit SketchUp Photoshop and presentation software (beneficial)
