Tuesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM 9:00 AM

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 17-week contract assignment in a collaborative primary care clinic setting. This role supports both front and back office operations while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is organized clinically skilled and comfortable working independently in a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Measure and record vital signs
Room patients and prepare for exams/procedures
Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
Document patient encounters in the EHR system
Administer medications and vaccines (including flu shots)
Conduct biometric screenings
Perform phlebotomy (required)
Manage patient phone calls according to clinic protocols
Maintain medical supplies and stock exam rooms
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed

Required Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license
Phlebotomy experience required
Experience administering flu shots and conducting biometric screenings
Strong computer and EHR skills
Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
