Position Title: Project Manager
Team: Program Management
Reports to: Director of Program Management
Character of Position
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting Program Management with tracking jobs to help achieve all strategic contractual and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded to the final delivery to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program timelines
- Assist Program Managers with daily project tasks
- Coordinate project kick-offs
- Initiate monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally
- Project logistics coordination
- Project documentation and data control
- Report project issues constraints and proposed solutions to internal team
- Overview analysis of project financial results
- Regular consistent and punctual attendance
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Personal effectiveness/credibility
- Problem solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Clear and consistent communication
Experience
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Aerospace Tooling experience
- Enovia experience preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-year degree or equivalent
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
