Job Summary
Clinical Risk Manager
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX Inc. a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager to provide supportive services for our government client.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft headquarterslevel documents including procedural manuals instructions decision memorandums and materials for adverse event and adverse action case processing.
- Provide technical and analytical support for enterprise healthcare risk management and credentialing/privileging programs.
- Prepare reports and deliver briefings to various stakeholders.
- Draft procedural manuals and other headquarterslevel guidance documents.
- Provide guidance on database management and data analysis and prepare related reports and briefings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
- Certification in Healthcare Risk Management.
- Must have an active unrestricted RN license.
- 10 years experience in healthcare risk management.
- 5 years experience supervising and leading risk management staff.
- 5 years experience supporting healthcare operations through data and database analysis.
- Experience working in corporate headquarters or large health system settings.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Corporate HQ or large medical system experienced.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiar with the Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) or other credentialing and privileging databases.
Primary work location: On-site / Falls Church VA
