Job Summary
- Manage weekend Track Day events including coordination with vendors such as cleaning/custodial services and security personnel.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between Barber Motorsports Park and renters ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of rental agreements.
- Oversee the setup and preparation of the facility according to rental requirements and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Supervise the restoration of the facility to its original condition post-rental including inspection and coordination of cleanup efforts.
- Direct the overall operation of track rentals from scheduling to execution to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for renters and compliance with park policies.
