Job Tasks / Responsibilities
Supplier Analysis:Analyze supplier proposals and terms of agreements to ensure the best value for the organization.
E-Sourcing Tools Management:Utilize electronic sourcing platforms to manage the procurement process including RFPs and e-auctions.
Supplier Training: Train suppliers on how to use the E-Sourcing tool effectively ensuring they understand the platforms functionalities and processes.
Data Analysis:Gather and interpret data related to purchasing and supply chain management to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Contract Management:Draft review and finalize contracts with suppliers ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
Performance Monitoring:Track and report on supplier performance ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing function.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management preferably with experience in e-sourcing platforms.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
