Senior Associate - Insurance Risk & Regulatory-London with hybrid working
Client
An award-winning top UK law firm with a collaborative and ambitious culture
Role
- Review and draft policy wordings with a focus on property damage
- Advise on complex coverage issues/disputes
- Manage claims litigation including subrogated recoveries and Commercial Court/Technology & Construction Court matters
- Play an active role in business development
- 7 years PQE with strong background in insurance/re-insurance law
- Candidates from private practice or in-house within insurance market both considered
- Able to managecomplex high value matters with minimal supervision
