Were seeking a talented individual to join our team in London which is responsible for assisting in a wide-ranging aspect of development and business-as-usual activities across the risk management framework.

As Operational Risk Analyst your responsibilities will include among others
- Assist the business in the process of capturing assessing reporting and escalating of risk events and maintenance of the Groups risk event reporting system.
- Support with the production of the Groups Key Risk Dashboard and other monthly reporting highlighting key trends and themes.
- Review and challenge the businesses Risk and Control Self Assessments.
- Assist in the completion of Deep Dives into specific areas of focus and interest Principal Risk Assessment and Appetite statements.
- The development and production of top-down key risk assessments and scenario analysis.
- Preparing and delivering risk management training to the business.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should:
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner and solve problems quickly with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines with a flexible approach to priorities.
- Team player but with the ability to work independently on tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: including Word and Excel.
Desired:
- Experience in Risk management ideally gained within a financial services organisation.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Relevant professional qualification(s) advantageous but not essential.
