Job Summary
SUMMARY:
Lexington Clinic is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact clinical and operational technology initiatives across a lean fast-moving team. This role is ideal for a recent undergraduate a graduate student or a recent graduate who wants real-world project ownership and a path toward a full Project Manager role. You will run project coordination fundamentals (plans timelines meeting cadence status reporting documentation) and flex into adjacent work where needed (vendor follow-up UAT coordination go-live readiness stabilization tracking).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Business Healthcare Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field; graduate coursework is a plus. 03 years of experience in project coordination internships consulting operations analytics or technology roles (healthcare exposure is helpful but not required). Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear concise status updates and meeting notes. High organization and follow-through: you close loops track details and escalate appropriately. Comfort learning technical concepts and translating between clinical operational and IT teams. Proficiency with common collaboration tools (Microsoft 365/Teams). Experience with Smartsheet Jira Azure DevOps or MS Project is a plus.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move traverse position self remain in a station position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day.
